Mack & Co. Carpark Management Limited was incorporated in October 1992 to undertake car park management and operation, and it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited in 1997.

Mack has extensive experience in management and operation of multi-storey car parks. As one of the major operators in Hong Kong, Mack is currently managing 50 multi-storey car parks including those owned by The Link, Transport Department and the Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course Carpark, totaling 23,000 parking bays.

To ensure the highest level of services to customers, Mack has already accredited with ISO 9001 : 2008, OHSAS 18001 : 2007, ISO 14001 : 2004, ISO 10002 : 2004 quality certification.
